For the head with ears, use leather that is 1.4-1.6 mm thick (3.5-4 oz).

The lengths of the wooden parts are given here, but you can choose their thickness. As you can see, I made one tripod thinner at 1.5 x 1.5 cm (0.59 x 0.59 inches) and the other thicker at 1.5 x 2.4 cm (0.59 x 0.94 inches).

Figure 1 – Drill a hole for the neck approximately 1 cm (0.39 inches).
Figure 2 – This should be spaced so that a screw can be tightened.
